Program Requirements
- Valid FFL or Business License: Dealers must hold a current Federal Firearms License (FFL) or a valid business license for retailing firearm parts or accessories.
- Established Retail Operation: Must operate a brick-and-mortar store, online storefront, or firearm range with retail capability. A public-facing website or social media presence is strongly preferred.
- Minimum Initial Order: First-time dealer accounts are subject to a minimum opening order of $500. No minimums for reorders unless otherwise specified.
- Resale Intent Only: Products purchased under the dealer program are for resale only — not for personal use, export, or third-party fulfillment.
- MAP Compliance: Dealers must adhere to Hera Arms USA’s Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy to maintain brand integrity and protect reseller margins.
- Territorial Awareness: We do not guarantee exclusive territories, but we limit saturation in select ZIP codes or regions to support long-term dealer relationships.
- Application Review: All dealer applications are subject to review and approval. Hera Arms USA reserves the right to deny or revoke dealer status at any time.
